The LuxuryPicnic Experience

Rule #1 is you gotta have fun.

 

The concept is simple, you and your closest friends and family picnic at a handmade bohemian table in a beautiful location of your choice. Due to the exclusivity of our events, no two experiences will be the same! You could be on a sandy beach at sunset, a winery with live music overlooking lush vineyards, or you could party within the privacy of your own backyard. Here’s what our luxury picnic experience includes:

  • Reservations from 2-20 guests

  • 3 hours to enjoy

  • Delivery, set up, and clean up

  • Customized design and styling

  • Low hand-made tables with linen and/or runner

  • Rug and/or blankets

  • Assortment of colored pillows/cushions

  • Fresh Florals and/or greenery

  • Linen napkins

  • Styled dinner plates

  • Flatware

  • Goblets, Wine Glasses and/or Coupe Glasses

  • Romantic candles and/or lanterns

  • Fringe umbrella

  • Bluetooth Speaker

  • Sparkling water for each guest

  • Petite dessert for each guest

We’ve hand selected some of the best local vendors who align with our unique aesthetic in order to make your event extra special. Below are some of our enhancement options that can be coordinated. Yee (and I cannot stress this enough) Haw!

 

We offer brunch picnics with a start time of your choice between 11-1 on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as sunset picnics at 6pm Friday-Monday evenings. If you are hosting an event requiring a custom start time, we can make arrangements pending the schedule allows! Please try to book as far in advance as possible. At the time of booking, you will select your date, time, group size, and preferred location for your picnic. This is also where you can tell us about your occasion - any color preferences, enhancements you would like, special requests, etc.! Your wish is our command. Our team may reach out to you for more details in order to ensure a seamless picnic experience.

The day of your event, our team will arrive an hour before your scheduled time to set up and make sure everything is perfect for your arrival. After your picnic, we'll text to confirm you are finished, then we'll take care of the rest!
