By accessing the website at https://SocialSettingsEvents.com you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. All of our picnics require a non-refundable deposit. Date changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the event. In the event of bad weather, a client may reschedule the picnic within a 6 month period or schedule an in-home picnic (travel fees may apply). There is no warranty that picnic supplies are free of defects. A $100 fee may be charged if any items are damaged. Candles are for decoration only, please do not light them. Lighting the candles can damage our table runners and tables. Damage can result in a fee. Any damage done to the table will result in $250 fee per table. It is the responsibility of the Client to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for one of our picnics. Most public parks and beaches prohibit alcohol consumption. Social Settings takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties incurred. All plates and goblets left for pickup must be wiped free of food and drinks prior to pick up time. The client agrees that Social Settings holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to the client or any third party. The client assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury and if any accident involving Social Setting’s rental items has occurred while it is in client’s possession, client shall make Social Settings aware by written statement of details of occurrence of event including police report and names and addresses of witnesses.
